Shipping Policy
This Shipping Policy applies to all fan gear and uniform purchases, including items ordered through an FCTR Sports uniform portal.
Estimated Shipping Timelines
Fan Gear
Fan gear orders typically ship within 7–14 business days from the date the order is placed.
Uniforms
All uniform items, including items ordered through a club uniform portal, typically ship within 4–6 weeks from the date the order is placed. This estimated timeline may also appear in the uniform ordering instructions provided on the applicable club storefront or website.
Vendor or supplier delays, particularly those affecting uniform products, may extend the fulfillment timeline to up to 12 weeks from the date the order is placed. FCTR Sports will communicate directly with affected customers when we become aware of a delay that is expected to extend the normal fulfillment timeline.
These timelines refer to when an order is expected to ship. They do not include the time required for the shipping carrier to deliver the package after it leaves our facility.
Partial Fulfillment of Delayed Orders
When part of an order is delayed but most of the order is ready, FCTR Sports may ship the available items as a partial fulfillment.
The remaining items will be shipped separately once they become available and are ready for fulfillment. Depending on vendor availability, supplier timelines, and production requirements, fulfillment of the remaining items may take longer than 12 weeks from the original order date.
FCTR Sports will communicate directly with the customer regarding significant delays affecting partially fulfilled orders and the remaining items.
Production and Supplier Delays
FCTR Sports operates using a print-on-demand and supplier-supported production model. Shipping timelines may be affected by:

Unexpected delays may occur when products, materials, or services are supplied by third parties outside FCTR Sports’ immediate control.
Estimated Timelines Are Not Guaranteed
All production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates. FCTR Sports may extend or adjust estimated shipment timing when reasonably necessary because of production, supplier, inventory, fulfillment, or other business requirements.
FCTR Sports will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays directly to affected customers. However, customers acknowledge that delays may occur because of the nature of print-on-demand production, customized uniform fulfillment, and external vendor or supplier involvement.
By placing an order, the customer acknowledges and accepts the estimated production, fulfillment, and shipping timelines described in this policy, including the possibility of partial fulfillment and extended delays for remaining items.
